Our philosophy around provision of IT services is to enable our customers to run their own environments and utilise Optipro Solutions as a strategic partner. However, some organisations do not wish to specialise in information technology and ask Optipro to Co-Source the environment with them to ensure high reliability of systems. Our co-sourcing approach is to train your people to maintain the system while we provide the specialised skill required to configure/design new functionality.
The engagement can be broken down into 3 categories:
- Level 1 Support: A business process owner or super user would assist the other users on the system
- Level 2 Support: Training, Configuration, Report Writing, Error Management and system Trouble Shooting, Upgrades
- Level 3 Support: Implementation of additional modules, custom development and integration, business process changes, alignment to new organisation strategies.
Optipro Solutions can be contracted to handle a combination of these levels and typically become a partner in managing level 2 and 3 on behalf of our customers in a co-sourcing environment.
